What's Included:

• Trane Condenser: A single-stage, energy-efficient air conditioner condenser with Trane's ClimatUFF® compressor and spine fin coil for reliable, quiet residential cooling.
• Trane Furnace: A 90% Variable Speed AFUE single-stage gas furnace with consistent, reliable heating output and durable construction.
• Trane Evaporator Coil: An all-aluminum cased coil for upflow/downflow applications with corrosion-resistant construction and factory-installed TXV for precise refrigerant control.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
• Final inspection and job-site clean-up
• Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Gas system Kit (Condenser & Coil + Furnace)

• Electrical & mounting disconnect, A/C whip, condenser pad
• Refrigerant line filter drier, locking caps, ArmaFlex insulation
• Gas line gas flex hose, gas pipe fittings (nipples, unions, shut-off, drip leg)
• Venting flue pipe & elbow set for furnace exhaust
• Drainage & PVC P-trap, full PVC fittings kit (couplings, elbows, tee, adapters)

Not Included:

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after mounting

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing additional is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty:

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Units replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
