Installation Agreement & Warranty Compliance – Temple Heating and Cooling

To maintain the validity of the manufacturer’s parts warranty, all equipment must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor. Improper installation or installation by an unlicensed individual may void the manufacturer warranty. In the event of a parts failure, the manufacturer may require a copy of the installation invoice or work order from the licensed contractor to process the warranty claim.

By purchasing this system, the customer acknowledges and agrees that installation will be completed by a licensed professional. This ensures compliance with manufacturer requirements and helps protect your warranty coverage.

If you would like Temple Heating and Cooling to register your equipment and extend the OEM warranty to 10 years, we will require a copy of the installation invoice showing the licensed contractor’s license number and the installation date.
